I practiced law in Family courts for almost 40 years, but now I created a business for the purpose of providing effective help to people who file their own cases, and to do it at a reasonable cost. Help-U-File Family Law employs law students who are trained to address the family law issues that come up often, such as default or uncontested divorces, or custody and support requests. My associate attorney or I review cases as they come in, to ensure that we are on the right track, and review all finished work before it is sent out or submitted to the court, to guard against errors. Because we train and use students, our costs are a small fraction of normal attorney fees, while the attorney review ensures accurate work. My personal background is that I've been married 39 have two children, eight grandchildren, and two great granddaughters (so far). I'm a Vietnam vet (USMC) and like reading, sailing, RV'ing and off-roading.
