About
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, and have been practicing bankruptcy law in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1988. I have successfully represented more than 8,000 clients in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, I regularly lecture on bankruptcy law to attorneys, realtors, tax collectors, and other professionals. I am founding member of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, where I’ve served as a two-term President, a multi-term Board member, and a Committee Chair. I am currently serving my third term as President of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, having recently completed a term as President and two terms as Vice President of the Monroe County Bar Association. My practice focuses on assisting individuals, married couples, and small businesses as they navigate challenging financial circumstances. I take the time to listen to my clients and understand their specific concerns, then provide clear, practical advice tailored to their needs. I approach my work understanding that my role is to help solve problems, and I strive to do so every day. Growing up, I was raised in a loving home, but we faced our own financial struggles. I worked throughout college and law school to pay for my education, holding a job every semester and two during the summer. I know firsthand how hard it can be to make ends meet and am committed to helping others manage their finances and find relief from debt. Notable Achievements: Vincent Rubino of Newman Williams, PC has earned recognition as a Platinum Client Champion and as a Distinguished Peer Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
