Stanley Vasiliadis

Mr. Vasiliadis serves as of counsel to Vasiliadis Pappas Associates LLC. He is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He represents clients in connection with estate and long-term care planning and trust and estate administration. He was the lead attorney in the landmark case, Mertz v. Houstoun. Vasiliadis has lectured extensively on elder law and estate planning issues, having spoken on behalf of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and before various other professional organizations. He is past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, having received the Excellence in Elder Law Award from that body. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2005. His past legal experience includes service as a major in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General Corps, and in private practice as a criminal and civil trial attorney in state and federal court.
