Alan VanDerhoff

Mr. Vanderhoff is a principal of the Vanderhoff Law Group. He is a graduate of the Boalt Hall School of Law of the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Vanderhoff is a Bankruptcy Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He represents creditors, corporate debtors, official creditors’ committees, and trustees in insolvency and bankruptcy related matters. He also represents businesses and individuals in business transactions and business-related civil litigation. Mr. Vanderhoff is the immediate past Chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the State Bar of California and currently serves as a board member of the Insolvency Law Committee.
