I am Dennis VanDerGinst, the President and CEO of VanDerGinst Law, a highly successful personal injury law firm. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to advocating for my clients and representing the legal profession with integrity. The collective efforts of my amazing staff and attorneys have been recognized by clients, peers, and other professionals, earning numerous accolades. I earned my law degree from DePaul University in Chicago and am licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa, Washington D.C., and the federal courts. Over the years, I have had the privilege of representing clients across nearly every state in the U.S. My practice primarily focuses on assisting those who have been injured. The law firm that carries my name has successfully represented over 50,000 injury victims in various personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, worker’s compensation, and other negligence cases. Our commitment to ethical practice has been recognized with the prestigious Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau—the first time this honor was awarded to a lawyer or law firm in our region. Additionally, I have received the Client’s Choice Award from AVVO Lawyer Rating Service and Client Champion recognition from Martindale-Hubbell, a well-established attorney rating service. Each year since 2018, I was voted as the Best Attorney in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois by a Regional Reader's Choice survey, and VanDerGinst Law was selected Best Law Firm.
