Mr. Chad Van Horn

I am Chad Van Horn, Esq., the founding partner of Van Horn Law Group, P.A., and a South Florida business leader committed to helping people find a path forward during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. My work is built around three core principles: service, entrepreneurship, and practical legal guidance. I founded Van Horn Law Group, P.A., to provide individuals and businesses with accessible, effective solutions for debt, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other financial challenges. My path in bankruptcy law began in 2007, when I worked as a law clerk while attending law school at night. After becoming a member of The Florida Bar in 2009, I continued building my practice with a focus on helping people regain stability, protect what matters, and move toward a fresh start. Over the years, my practice has expanded beyond bankruptcy to include business and real estate transactions, commercial and real estate litigation, loan modifications, and landlord-tenant disputes. That broader legal background allows me to approach financial problems from multiple angles and provide clients with practical, strategic advice. My commitment to the law has been recognized by both clients and peers.
