About
I am the co-founder of Vahdat Weisman Law, where I represent clients in complex, high-stakes cases, including multiple multi-million-dollar catastrophic injury matters. My practice focuses on medical malpractice, wrongful death, civil rights, and a wide range of personal injury claims. Licensed to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts, I secured a $13 million settlement for a critically injured client in 2023—the second-highest reported settlement in Michigan that year. I have also handled significant claims in Texas and California. Before founding Vahdat Weisman Law, I had the privilege of clerking for the Hon. Richard J. Garcia and Hon. R. George Economy at the Ingham County Probate Court. During law school, I clerked for the Federal Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan and worked extensively with the Innocence Project. My efforts there contributed to the dismissal of all charges against a wrongfully convicted client, restoring his freedom after years of incarceration. As a co-founding partner, I am deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families during their most challenging times. I take pride in pursuing justice with passion and persistence, standing up for those who need it most. Outside of my legal work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and cooking. I am also dedicated to philanthropy and community service, particularly through my involvement with the Parent Advisory Committee at Mott Children’s Hospital Congenital Heart Center.
