Pedro A. Miranda

Has extensive experience and knowledge of immigration laws and the federal agencies in charge of immigration matters, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, gained during 18 years as an Immigration Judge in Miami, Fl. and five years prior to that as an attorney for the then I. N. S.. Before that, litigated regularly in federal and local courts and handled numerous appeals to the U. S. Circuit Court for the First Circuit.
