Philip Allen Pendergrass Jr.

Philip Pendergrass is a dedicated personal injury trial attorney and partner at Turnbull, Moak & Pendergrass, where he zealously represents individuals seriously injured due to the negligent actions of others. He focuses his practice on dangerous drugs and defective medical products, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, and other serious personal injury claims. Philip’s legal excellence is recognized by his peers; he has been nominated every year since 2017 as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor awarded to the top attorneys in Georgia. He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA)—where he serves as a PAC Board member—and participates in the Gwinnett and DeKalb Bar Associations. Raised in the Atlanta area, Philip attended Providence Christian Academy, where he played varsity baseball. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Augusta State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. During law school, he was involved in Phi Alpha Delta, the Student Bar Association, and served as a student attorney in the Public Interest Practicum, also gaining valuable experience clerking for leading plaintiffs’ firms.
