Nancy Carol Nissen

I am Nancy Nissen, Esq., a Partner at Tully Rinckey, PLLC's office in White Plains, NY. My primary focus is on family and matrimonial law, with an additional concentration on labor and employment law. I bring a wealth of experience to the firm as an accomplished attorney in family and matrimonial law. My career began with the City of New York, handling family law matters, including cases of neglect and abuse. Subsequently, I represented parties including spouses, parents and others in a wide range of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce proceedings, separation agreements, child custody and visitation modification, violations or enforcements, child support litigation including initial applications, modifications, enforcements and violations. I also help clients with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and parenting agreements. My goal is to be a strong advocate for my clients, I have over 25 years of experience and a background in litigation, and negotiation. I alway try to find a way through that is best for the client and best for the entire family, because Matrimonial and Family law are really about the Family.
