About
Dedicated and meticulous representative of federal employees. I have represented federal employees in numerous administrative proceedings such as the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Special Counsel to name a few. Before the Merit Systems Protection Board, I have represented employees challenging disciplinary actions, reduction in force actions, violations of USERRA, and retirement appeals. Prior to my current employment, I was a law student at the Pennsylvania State University, where I graduated Cum Laude. During my education, I participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic where I participated in the drafting of a writ of certiorari to be considered by the Supreme Court of the United States. My experience with the Clinic also allowed me to be involved in the drafting of an amicus curiae brief in the case of Groff v. DeJoy. My experience with the Clinic propelled me to pursue a career that I am passionate about.
