After graduating from Duke Law School, Spencer was employed with Thompson & Knight, one of the largest law firms in Dallas, Texas. He worked in their Corporate & Securities Department. Thriving but not enamored with the narrow strictures of corporate firm life, he later accepted a job with a Dallas attorney that specialized in Personal Injury. After gaining invaluable insight into personal injury law, Spencer returned to Washington where he opened up his own personal injury practice, Fielding Law Group. The firm has since expanded with offices in Yakima, Moses Lake, Seattle, Tacoma, and Boise.
