Timi Tucker

Timi Tucker founded the Melbourne family law firm in 2004. One of her greatest strengths is providing aggressive, knowledgeable representation, while paying close attention to the unique facts surrounding your case. Mrs. Tucker has an outstanding track record with 27 years’ experience. She is primarily focused on representing clients in divorce, dependency, injunctions, and family law matters. Mrs. Tucker has tried more than 20 cases to jury verdict and has practiced in front of every Judge in Brevard County. She is a former Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Senior Prosecutor and served as the Director of Brevard County Legal Aid from 2002 to 2004.
