David Brust

David Brust is an accomplished attorney based in Lebanon, Tennessee, specializing in Estate Law, DUI, personal injury, healthcare law, and civil litigation. A Minnesota native, David graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Belmont University College of Law in 2022, where he was a member of the Health Law Journal and received a certificate in health law. David has been with Hagar & Phillips since 2021, starting as an intern and later passing the Tennessee Bar Examination in October 2022. Known for his dedication to achieving the best outcomes for his clients, David combines both a legal and compassionate approach. Outside of work, David resides in Nashville with his wife, Shelby, their daughter, Betty, and their two dogs, Elle Woods and Margot.
