Richard Knickerbocker

I have had a vast range of experience both in the public and private sector. I was formerly Chief of Civil Litigation for the City or Torrance and ultimately became the City Attorney of Santa Monica with experience in Civil Litigation, Advisory functions and deal making, and Criminal Prosecution. When in private practice I had a broad range of experience wining significant trials and appeals. I have an AV (pierless (5.0) rating, which is the highest possible, and am Certified by the State Bar of California in Appellate Advocacy and the Nation Board of Trial Advocates in Civil Trial Advocacy.
