Joseph Strickland

Joseph Strickland is a nationally recognized trial attorney, with experience in complex State and Federal criminal cases across Texas. Mr. Strickland’s knowledge of the law and dedication to priorities of his clients, allow him to deliver strategic advice and counsel to individuals facing accusations or being haunted by an arrest in their past. He routinely shields clients from the harmful and devastating consequences of criminal prosecution. Mr. Strickland specializes in the defense of DWI, DUI, and Public Intoxication allegations, as well as sealing and clearing criminal records through expungement and nondisclosure. Mr. Strickland holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Texas (‘07 B.B.A), a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law (‘10 J.D.), and is licensed to practice law in the Federal Western District of Texas, as well as every State, County, Municipal and Justice court throughout Texas.
