Hi! I am a second-generation estate planning attorney with over two decades of experience, and I have seen how even the best intentions can have negative results. Without considering estate planning, family members can be left in confusion, turmoil, or worse, after a loved one passes. That is why my focus is on creating comprehensive estate plans that fulfill the wishes of professionals, business owners, and retirees to enable a transition that protects the remaining beneficiaries. My vision is simple and powerful: provide every client with an exceptional legal planning experience. With a decade spent in the courtroom as a trial attorney, I understand how to help clients and their families protect against predatory lawsuits and stay out of court. When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, seven children and grandchildren. I love the outdoors and am an avid wilderness backpacker - I have even backpacked to the bottom (and back out!) of the Grand Canyon 14 times.
