Tracy Lynn Updike

Tracy L. Updike practices bankruptcy law, with an emphasis on both debtor and creditor rights, which she believes gives her well-rounded perspective, and an advantage over her opposition. She is highly active within the legal community, shaping the future of the law as practiced, as a member of the Court's Advisory Committee, Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee Chair, and annual lecturer at the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association Conference and Pennsylvania Bar Institute Bankruptcy Institute.
