Jared Hight founded Track Town Law after more than two decades as a senior executive and in-house attorney in the insurance and banking industries. That career included ten years as General Counsel and five years as commercial counsel — experience that shaped a practical, business-oriented approach to legal services that he now brings to every client relationship. Track Town Law serves individuals, families, and small business owners throughout Oregon and Idaho with estate planning, elder law, and business law services — delivered entirely remotely via video conference and phone. Jared is licensed in Oregon, Idaho, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. His estate planning and elder law practice covers wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, VA benefits coordination, special needs trusts, and probate avoidance. His business practice focuses on entity formation, operating agreements, contracts, buy/sell agreements, partnership conflict resolution, and succession planning for Oregon and Idaho entrepreneurs.
