Thomas William Horn

From complex land issues to building and fire code violations to the more mundane, Mr. Horn has unscrambled the broken legal eggs of clients for years. He has a record of experience in local government matched by few members of the legal profession from volunteer service to business owner to elected office and government employee. A strong advocate of children and management rights when entrusted with the interests of his neighbors on a school board. He describes those nine years of service as “…one of the most meaningful and productive periods in my life.” Mr. Horn moved to the other side of the negotiating table just a year later to become a strong and reasonable labor leader. For more than a decade, through innovative negotiations and broad-based changes, the expectations of a battered workforce and a dysfunctional municipal bureaucracy were reformed.
