I am an attorney who specializes primarily in the area of bankruptcy law. I represent debtors in all aspects of chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, as well as debtors-in-possession in chapters 11 and 12. I have substantial experience representing Chapter 7 trustees in adversary proceedings as counsel for the bankruptcy estate, and have also represented creditors in non-dischargeability actions. In addition to my bankruptcy practice, I advise clients on matters related to civil litigation, debt negotiation, real estate and insolvency.
