Tony Allen Gibbens

Tony Gibbens is a trained and registered Collaborative Law Professional, as well as a Registered Family Law Mediator and a Registered Civil Law Mediator. As a Collaborative Law Professional, Mr. Gibbens has access to a network of similarly minded attorneys that seek to provide a low-conflict, co-operative outcomes to best suit all involved parties. Mr. Gibbens, however, does not shy away from hard or complex cases, preferring the “easy win.” He will fight the good fight for you and your family. Mr. Gibbens has a wealth of experience working with very complex cases, including divorces involving small business assets, disabled children, and guardianships on the behalf of adult children of mentally disabled parents, to name a few. Mr. Gibbens has also served on the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Network. The mission of the Domestic Violence Network is to engage the community to end domestic violence through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
