Curtis V. Abram

Curtis V. Abram grew up in San Luis Obispo, graduating from from San Luis Obispo High School. Curtis then attended Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned a B.A. in both Business Management and English Communication while competing on the Men’s Volleyball (receiving All-American honors) and Track and Field team (Javelin). Following his return to California, Curtis earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2015 with election to The Order of the Coif and The Order of the Barristers. ​After his admission to the California Bar, Curtis joined a large firm based in Long Beach, California where he practiced financial securities defense, employment defense, and maritime law. In 2018, Curtis returned to the Central Coast where he has focused his area of practice on business law, estate planning, trust administration and civil litigation. Since 2021, Curtis has focused his practice at Toews Bio & Abram, Inc. on business law , estate planning, trust administration and probate and related tax planning issues. In 2022, Curtis became a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Specialization, one of only a dozen such Certified Specialists in San Luis Obispo County. Curtis is active in the community as a Board Member for Restorative Partners, SLO Baseball Alliance Foundation, and as a high school volleyball coach. When he is not in the office, Curtis can be found at the beach or exploring the Central Coast.
