Todd Powell

I am an attorney licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri. I have over 25 years experience in the legal profession with a diverse work history including service as a research attorney to a Kansas appellate court judge, private practice in the areas of personal injury, appellate and administrative practice and general civil litigation, 10 years' service as General Counsel at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and partner with the Hays firm of Glassman Bird Powell, LLP. I am currently sole owner/partner of Todd Powell Law LC in Hays, Kansas practicing in the areas of personal injury, appellate practice, wills, trusts and estates, domestic law, and general civil litigation.
