He is a native of Bend, Oregon and received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Tim is passionate about the law and about helping his clients, and prides himself on providing excellent service at competitive rates. Tim's regional practice focuses on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Construction, Real Estate, and Business Law. Tim is admitted to practice in the state of Oregon before all trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court. Tim is also admitted in the state of Idaho, where he is currently inactive.
