Tim Webb

Recently selected to the Top 40 Criminal Defense Lawyers by Law & Politics Magazine, and voted by his peers as a Minnesota Super Lawyer, Tim Webb defends corporate and individual clients in all federal and state criminal investigations and prosecutions. Mr. Webb's clients have included a police chief, politicians, corporate executives, physicians, lawyers, clergy, certified public accountants, and other professionals. Before launching his own firm in 2007, Mr. Webb was a partner at a top ten Minnesota law firm and had also served as an Assistant Attorney General. He has successfully represented clients in numerous cases ranging from health care fraud, embezzlement, and mortgage fraud to criminal vehicular homicide, assault, and DWI. Mr. Webb also represents clients in proceedings before the various Minnesota health and professional licensing agencies.
