Ronald Leeroy Ulmen Jr.

I was born at Tacoma General Hospital in 1965 and grew up in Puyallup during the 1970s. It was a great place to call home back then. My wife and I moved to Gig Harbor about 20 years ago, and we definitely enjoy living here. Today, as an attorney in Gig Harbor, I assist clients with a wide range of law related needs. When it comes to estate planning, I help people create wills, living trusts, and other essential documents. I also handle probate filings in court after a loved one passes away. Many clients in Gig Harbor choose living trusts as a way to avoid probate, even though they involve a larger upfront cost. In addition to estate planning, I work on various real estate matters, including court cases for evictions, which can be particularly challenging in Washington State. Evictions require careful attention to laws and procedures because even a single mistake can result in a landlord’s case being dismissed. I also draft deeds to transfer property, address boundary line disputes, resolve easement issues, and prepare other real estate-related documents.
