Timothy Edward Kelly

I am an attorney certified in taxation law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California, a distinction held by fewer than 500 of the state’s 200,000 attorneys. Before practicing law, I served as a police sergeant for 30 years and graduated with honors from the McGeorge School of Law. My practice focuses on individual tax litigation, and I regularly represent clients before the IRS, the U.S. Tax Court, and federal district courts both in California and across the country. Over the course of my career, I have been counsel of record in more than three hundred tax cases in federal courts.
