Jay Ephriam Tidwell

As founding attorney at Tidwell Law Group, Birmingham lawyer Jay Tidwell provides counsel in DUI and other criminal defense cases. Since 2004, Mr. Tidwell has been practicing as a lawyer in Alabama. Before establishing his current practice, Attorney Tidwell was a partner at the firm Cloud and Tidwell, LLC. Mr. Tidwell received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Alabama in Birmingham and a Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law. He holds memberships with several professional organizations including the Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama State Bar and Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
