DeEtte L. Loeffler

Ms. Loeffler’s practice includes tax and estate planning, trust administration, charitable planning, and business formation, transfers and management. She provides tax planning to minimize a variety of taxes for her clients, including property, income, gift, estate and generation skipping taxes. She also works with small business owners, forming and maintaining real estate and other entities, and advising them on tax issues. Ms. Loeffler is a member of the following professional organizations: Tax and Trusts & Estates Sections of the State Bar of California; Taxation, Trust & Estates, Real Estate and Elder Law Sections of the San Diego County Bar Association; Estate Planning Council of San Diego; North County Estate Planning Council; Estate Planning Group Network; ProVisors; and the Downtown San Diego Lions Club. She was previously on the Board of Directors and chair the Planned Giving Committee of the San Diego Natural History Museum, and was on the Board of Directors of the Downtown San Diego Lions Club and of Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church.
