Anthony Handal

Anthony H. Handal is an experienced patent and trademark litigator, who has worked as lead counsel in over 200 U.S. district court lawsuits for such clients as ADM, Estee Lauder, JVC, The London Times, Conair, SNPE, Nieman Marcus, Target and many other such companies with amounts at risk exceeding $2 billion. His first chair experience includes U.S. Supreme Court representations in copyright and patent cases. He has also obtained hundreds of patents for his clients, and provides clients with a wide range of counselling services in the intellectual property space.
