Jesse Joseph Garcia

After graduating from the university of San Francisco, school of law, Jesse Garcia accepted a Reginald Heber Smith fellowship and practiced poverty law for one year with San Joaquin county legal services. Jesse Garcia join the Alameda County Public defenders office in 1975 and continued in that office until 1981. Thereafter, he opened his own practice in Hayward, California focusing on criminal defense law. He practiced in Hayward until 2019 when he moved his offices to Pleasanton California where he continues to practice criminal law in both state and federal courts throughout California and in federal courts throughout the country.
