Thomas Howard has for 28 years been handling intellectual property litigation nationwide, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation. Collins, attorney Howard represented Colorado defendants sued for copyright infringement. He successfully had all claims dismissed and obtained an award of attorney’s fees from the US District Court for the District of Colorado. That decision was upheld on appeal. In Saturn Systems, Inc. v. Militare, Attorney Howard tried a matter in the Denver District Court that included claims under the Colorado Uniform Trade Secrets Act and breach of contract, and obtained damages, legal fees and injunctive relief. That decision was also upheld on appeal. Thomas Howard has successfully litigated too many other lawsuits to list.
