Theodore Jason Schneider

Ted J. Schneider is a partner at the Oxnard-based law firm of Schneiders & Associates, L.L.P. where he practices in the areas of business and corporate transactions, employment, municipal and public law and homeowners associations. Ted advises and represents small local businesses to publicly traded multinational companies, entrepreneurs and homeowners associations in various corporate transactions, including incorporation, mergers and acquisitions (stock and asset sales), corporate governance and employment law matters. Ted consults with his clients to draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to buy-sell agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, releases and waivers, property agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, licensing agreements and the preparation and review of other related documents. Ted began his legal career in 2002 when he joined the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher before relocating to Ventura County. Prior to establishing Schneiders & Associates, L.L.P., Ted worked as a corporate transactional and municipal law partner with a long-time established Ventura County law firm. Ted also previously held two public office positions, including City Attorney for the City of Fillmore, California and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Ojai, California.
