Amanda D. Grimes

I am a founding partner of Theander & Grimes. I have been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2004 and am a graduate of Texas Tech School of Law. I started to practice in civil defense litigation but desired to serve individuals and families in a more personal way. Practicing in estate planning, elder law, probate, and guardianship has allowed me to serve my community and make a real connection with clients. My law practice focuses on both uncontested and contested matters in probate. I was raised in Katy, Texas, where I returned after law school to raise a family. I understand that each legal proceeding is unique and requires evaluation to determine the most effective yet cost conscious representation, whether that be aggressive representation, motion practice, and/or early settlement. My goal is to help clients reduce the stress and conflict that may present itself in the case while achieving the end goal.
