I am a trial attorney who passionately represents clients in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. I began my educational journey at UC Irvine, where I received a B.A. in Literary Journalism. I then pursued legal studies at Lincoln Law School, graduating cum laude and ranking fifth in my class. My career started at a well-known medical malpractice defense firm in Northern California. There, I played a pivotal role in defending healthcare professionals and institutions, which sharpened my litigation abilities. I handled multiple jury trials, gaining valuable courtroom experience and a thorough understanding of trial strategy, witness examination, and meticulous case preparation. This phase of my career established my reputation as a diligent and formidable defense attorney. After years of defending healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases, I shifted my focus to representing plaintiffs. This decision was fueled by my desire to assist individuals harmed by medical negligence. My extensive trial experience equips me with a strategic and meticulous approach to complex medical malpractice claims. I have a comprehensive grasp of medical negligence litigation, from understanding expert testimony and standard of care defenses to mastering the complexities of proving causation. My experience in personal injury litigation further enhances my capability to advocate effectively for injured clients. I also stay connected to my law school community by serving as a Legal Writing Reader. I mentor first-year students, helping them hone their legal writing and advocacy skills. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy golfing, traveling with my wife, and spending time with my dog, Charlie.
