Daria Wise

I am Daria F. Wise, the founding partner of the Wise Law Firm, and I have over twenty years of experience as a trial and family law attorney. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled hundreds of cases, ranging from mediated settlements to trial litigation. My focus has always been on accomplishing client objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. I strive to be a knowledgeable, compassionate, and assertive advocate, prioritizing my clients' concerns and goals to help achieve the best possible outcome. My dedication lies in guiding individuals and families through the often complex and challenging issues tied to family law matters. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in North Carolina. I earned my undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. Additionally, I studied abroad at Oxford University in London, England, and the University of Vienna Law School in Vienna, Austria. During law school, I was honored to serve as a legal research and writing teaching assistant and participated in the Street Law Program, where I taught law to students in New Orleans inner-city schools. I was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2002, and I am authorized to practice law in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Furthermore, I am certified by the Superior Court of Cobb County to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem.
