Paul Schofield

Paul A. Schofield focuses his practice on helping those injured or wronged in cases involving trucking accidents, serious auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death litigation. Paul also handles chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, helping businesses and individuals to reorganize their business affairs and return to profitability. Since 2021, Paul has served as a chapter 7 trustee in the Brunswick and Waycross divisions of the Southern District of Georgia. Paul has over a decade of experience helping clients with a wide range of issues, and believes strongly in client-focused litigation. He also believes in public service, having provided pro bono legal services to clients in conjunction with the Georgia Legal Services Program. Paul is a proud Kiwanian, having served as secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Brunswick since 2017. Paul is admitted to practice law in all Georgia courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He is a graduate of Boston College and the Quinnipiac University School of Law (magna cum laude).
