Benjamin Flicker

I am a Colorado native who has dedicated my career to advocating for civil justice and individual rights. With more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, I work hard to ensure my clients receive what they deserve when facing big insurance companies. I understand the challenges that arise after suffering injuries and damages due to someone else’s negligence, and I know how important it is to have someone on your side fighting for you. I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Bar Association. I earned my B.A. at Colgate University in New York before returning to Colorado to complete my law degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. I am licensed to practice in Colorado and actively participate in the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. As someone who grew up in Colorado, I appreciate everything this beautiful state has to offer. Whether skiing, hiking, golfing, or enjoying a show at Red Rocks, I love living under the Colorado Bluebird Skies. My wife, daughters, and I, along with our two dogs, call Highlands Ranch home, and we are proud to be part of this community.
