Michael Watson

Michael D. Watson, originally from Columbus, Ohio, is a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial Duncan School of Law. After graduation, he founded The Watson Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses exclusively on criminal defense. Over the years, Mr. Watson has defended hundreds of clients, handling a wide range of cases from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly playing golf and traveling. In 2024, Mr. Watson was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorney. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
