About
Since earning my license in 1998, I have built a career as a litigator focusing on civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. I am committed to a strategic and results-oriented approach, which has allowed me to handle complex legal cases both in court and through mediation. I draw on my legal knowledge and experience to address high-stakes real estate and business disputes, pursuing litigation when necessary and mediation when it better serves the situation. My clients rely on me to safeguard their interests while seeking solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective, tailored to the specifics of each case. I am licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California and have been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis – King Hall School of Law in 1998, where I served on Law Review. Before that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University in 1995, graduating with Dean’s List honors and serving as Vice President of the Speech and Debate Council. Earlier in my legal career, I had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Janice Rogers Brown at the California Supreme Court and the Honorable Robert K. Puglia at the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District.
