Michael J. Vincent

I am Michael Vincent, a criminal defense attorney with a background as a retired Ypsilanti Police Sergeant. During my time with the Ypsilanti Police Department, I conducted hundreds of breathalyzer tests and oversaw a federally funded drunk driving patrol. I also made numerous arrests for drunk driving offenses. After retiring from the department in August 1986, I transitioned into practicing criminal defense, focusing primarily on defending clients in drunk driving cases. While serving with the Ypsilanti Police Department, I became a certified breathalyzer operator. I have been recognized by several organizations as a Top 10 litigator in OWI cases. Additionally, I have shared my knowledge by serving as an adjunct professor at Ava Maria Law School.
