Mart Harris

Marty is a trial lawyer. He represents people only, never corporations, insurers, or the government. Known for his command of rules, Marty is often asked by other lawyers from across the nation to consult on difficult procedural issues. In almost thirty state and federal jurisdictions, Marty continues to rely on deep knowledge of evidence and procedure to give people a fair fight when the stakes are highest. As a professor, he teaches students to see law not as abstract theory, but as a live contest where clarity and discipline decide outcomes. His classroom is demanding, direct, and designed to prepare students for real pressure. Away from the office, he keeps to music, beagles, and pickleball.
