Janek Kazmierski

Janek Kazmierski is an attorney with The Thumbs Up Guys, where he focuses his practice on personal injury law. He represents clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and a wide range of general tort claims. Janek is committed to advocating for individuals who have been injured and works diligently to help them pursue the compensation they deserve. A native of Oregon, Janek earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Oregon. Following graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he served with distinction and deployed multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His military service instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication—qualities he brings to his legal practice every day. After completing his military service, Janek attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has since developed broad legal experience, having tried both civil and criminal cases across numerous counties.
