Marc Stuart Schiller

I am Marc Schiller, the managing and founding partner of The Schiller Kessler Group. I was born in Merrick, New York, and moved to Florida with my family in 1984. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1992, followed by my J.D. Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. After law school, I began my career as an associate at a prestigious law firm where I worked on personal injury and wrongful death claims. A few years later, I decided to start my own law firm, dedicating my practice to personal injury and wrongful death cases. I have devoted my career to representing individuals injured due to someone else’s negligence. My practice is focused solely on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and nursing home abuse cases. I am a member of The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Broward County Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Law Committee, among other associations. Over the years, I have conducted numerous seminars to educate people on current issues related to personal injury and insurance coverage cases. Additionally, I routinely engage in Pro Bono work, assisting those less fortunate in the community. My firm is recognized as one of the busiest and most respected personal injury law firms in Florida. Together with my team, we have handled over 30,000 personal injury cases, aggressively representing our clients to secure the maximum monetary compensation possible.
