I am Of Counsel with The Sack Law Firm P.C., focusing on corporate transactional law. Over the past two decades, I have served as a general counsel and corporate executive for Fortune 20 companies, mid-sized enterprises, and venture-backed startups. My responsibilities have included handling mergers and acquisitions, financing, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and litigation management. At The Sack Law Firm P.C., I concentrate on providing fractional general counsel services to startups and small businesses, offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of my clients in a cost-effective and efficient way. In addition to my role at the firm, I serve as the Chief Legal Officer for XTC Mobile, a Canadian startup specializing in encrypted mobile phones. Before joining The Sack Law Firm, I held the position of Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel at Dedrone, a venture-backed provider of airspace defense solutions. During my time there, I worked as General Counsel and a key member of the executive team, helping Dedrone navigate significant revenue growth, a Series C financing, the acquisition of Aerial Armor, and ultimately its successful $500 million acquisition by Axon Enterprise, a publicly traded security solutions company. Prior to Dedrone, I served as Head of Legal for China Telecom Americas (CTA), the Western Hemisphere subsidiary of China Telecom, a global telecommunications leader. In that role, I managed a diverse legal team handling transactions and litigation, overseeing a multi-million-dollar outside counsel budget. I also guided CTA through proceedings related to the Federal Communications Commission’s revocation of its 214 common carrier license.
