Mr. Brian Carideo

My firm focuses on three areas: business, real estate and estate planning. As the head of the business law practice area I counsel clients on available courses of action concerning entity formation and other business matters as well as the drafting and review of contracts and other agreements. As a small business owner myself, I understand the concerns faced every day by owners and operators of businesses. In the area of real estate I have litigated matters such as landlord/tenant disputes and property management issues. In my estate planning practice I focus mainly on the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced healthcare directives.
