Nathaniel Cornelius Navey

I was born and raised in San Antonio. I take pride in defending members of my community against charges brought by the government. During law school, I focused on investigating wrongful convictions working with the Oklahoma Innocence Project. After law school, I began my legal career as a prosecutor with the Cameron County District Attorney's Office in Brownsville, Texas. By the time I left the DA's Office, I had served as a first chair felony prosecutor, taking a significant amount of serious felony cases to trial. I also served in the child abuse unit, evaluating and prosecuting a wide range of crimes against children. I returned to San Antonio to work as a criminal defense attorney at a high-volume firm. I represented clients facing charges ranging from misdemeanors and DWIs up to first-degree felonies. Within my first eight months at the firm, I secured seven Not Guilty jury verdicts for my clients. Today, I continue to passionately defend my clients in my own private practice as the owner of The Navey Law Firm, PLLC.
