Moses Kim

I am Moses Kim, the Founding Partner of The Moses Firm, where I represent individuals who have suffered severe and catastrophic injuries, as well as families who have lost loved ones due to medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases. My commitment to providing exceptional legal representation has earned me recognition as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine, a “Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and a 10/10 rating from Avvo. Before dedicating my practice to representing injured individuals, I spent several years defending companies, doctors, hospitals, and business owners in complex, high-stakes litigation. This experience on the defense side provides valuable insight into how these cases are evaluated and allows me to strategically pursue maximum compensation for my clients. I earned my undergraduate degree from Emory University, where I majored in Political Science and served as President of the Student Government Association. I went on to receive my Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill, where I served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court team and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. I have also been recognized for my commitment to the Atlanta community as an Outstanding Atlanta honoree and a LEAD Atlanta graduate.
