Bruce Millar

Senior Attorney Bruce R. Millar earned his Doctorate of Law in 1993 from Emory University School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned degrees in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University, where he graduated with Honors. Mr. Millar has handled over 100cases in Federal Courts and hundreds more in State Courts. He has been interviewed dozens of times, appearing on national television news networks; ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX regarding his cases. Millar’s cases have been featured several times as lead stories on the front page of the Daily Report (Georgia’s largest legal news publication). Bruce often participates in Continuing Legal Education (CLE) conferences and seminars where he instructs other attorneys in State and Federal litigation best practices. In addition to his commitment to advocacy, Bruce sponsors and volunteers with various charitable organizations in the communities The Millar Law Firm serves. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanita, their two children, Peter and Christina, and their pets. Bruce is an avid sports fan who likes staying active through hobbies including skiing, hiking, running, boating, and cycling with fellow members of LevelUp Cycling Club. When he's not relaxing with family or enjoying the outdoors, you'll find Bruce in his garage working on his cars. Bruce is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar Association. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He enjoys a perfect 10.0 Rating from the AVVO Lawyer rating service, is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He is also affiliated with the American Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, ATLA, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Clayton County Bar Association. Mr. Millar is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
